Primobolan
(Methenolone)
Primobolan has
been manufactured by the giant
pharmaceutical company Schering
and is available both as an injectable (enanthate) and oral (acetate). The
injectable is by far the more popular version. The oral is unique in that it is
not 17 AA, thus it is not liver toxic. But it also does not last long in
the bloodstream so several doses are needed throughout the day. Since each
tab goes for a few dollars apiece, this is not an economically sound.
Primobolan
is described as a mild steroidal compound causing
minimal side effects,
thus this drug is sometimes called as 'the gentlest steroid'. This is due,
in part, to its effects being anabolic in nature (retaining nitrogen)
while being very low in androgens. For this reason, Primobolan is usually
recommended if you'd like to try out steroids for the first time.
As a
DHT-derivative Primobolan can not aromatize into estrogen , making it easy for
you to avoid side effects commonly such as
gynecomastia
and fluid retention.
Similarly, high blood pressure
will not be an issue since
water retention is virtually nil. Primobolan is not
meant to be used for your bulking cycles so if you're looking for a rapid mass
buildup, you'd be disappointed with Primobolan if used alone but this is due
mostly to the fact that it is not a great “weight
gainer.” However, if taken with large amounts
of protein and protein supplementation Primo can be a great addition to a
bulking cycle.
Primobolan's most notable characteristic is promotion of slow
but permanent muscle mass gains. As mentioned, side effects are low but
Primo will begin to suppress the HPTA if dosages exceed 400 mgs a week for 4
weeks.
The most common complaint with this drug is its price.
Primobolan is one of the most expensive anabolic chemicals, with its price
ranging from $100 to $150 for 10 ml-vial dosed at 100mgs/ml.
Effective Primobolan dosages for men
range from 200mg-500 mg per week amd is usually combined with a stronger
anabolic such as testosterone or dianabol. When mixed with tren or
winstrol it will produce “lean gains” -- in other words, muscle tissue
growth with little water or added fat.
